How to read this list
These providers may process personal data to help Handit operate. Optional providers process information only when the relevant feature is enabled. Provider locations and transfer mechanisms may change as their infrastructure changes; contact us for the current details needed for a vendor review or DPA.
Clerk
Authentication and account identity
Names, work emails, profile images, authentication identifiers, sessions, and security events.
Convex
Application hosting, database, functions, and file storage
Account records, workspace content, attachments, integration data, operational events, and demo requests.
Vercel
Website hosting and content delivery
Site requests, IP and device/network metadata, and static website content.
Resend
Outbound notifications and inbound email capture
Sender and recipient addresses, message content needed for the enabled workflow, provider message identifiers, and delivery events.
Slack
Optional Slack capture integration
Workspace and user identifiers, work emails, chosen message text, channel labels, and message permalinks used to create an ask.
Microsoft
Optional Microsoft Teams integration
Entra tenant and user identifiers, work emails, Teams conversation identifiers, selected message text and links, and Adaptive Card activity needed for capture and delivery.
Postmark
Optional inbound email transport
Forwarded-email addresses, subjects, and content used by organizations configured with this inbound route.
Sentry
Optional application error monitoring
Error, release, device, and diagnostic context. Default personal-information collection is disabled in Handit's configuration.
Instantly
Business sales outreach
Prospect name, business contact information, company, campaign activity, replies, delivery information, and opt-out status.
Changes to providers
We may add or replace a provider as the Service develops. We will update this page before a material new provider begins processing Customer content when practicable. Customers with a contractual subprocessor- notice requirement should contact hello@handit.to so we can agree on the appropriate notice process.
